1. Service Description

InsightStream is a subscription service that delivers daily ecommerce briefings via email and private podcast feed. The service is operated by Creatuity Corp.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Access and Delivery

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to a private podcast feed via Transistor.fm.
• Daily briefings are delivered to the email address associated with your subscription.
• Private podcast feed URLs are unique to each subscriber and should not be shared.

4. Content

• Content is provided for informational purposes only.
• We curate and summarize publicly available information from various sources.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.
• Content should not be construed as professional business, legal, or financial advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are owned by Creatuity Corp. Subscribers may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the briefing content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Creatuity Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
